Ошибки в работе врача неизбежны. Для того, чтобы их стало меньше необходима федеральная система учета и анализа врачебных ошибок, их экспертная оценка заключения. Обсуждение врачебных ошибок в СМИ возможно только после профессиональной экспертизы или решения суда.
Doctors can not making errors. A federal incidence reporting system should be iniciated to reduce medical errors and allow their professional assessment. This system should include database of medical errors filing, analysis of their causes, professional expert investigations, establishing of a record of doctor’s proceedings for the physician involved in such a case. Media discussion of a doctor’s error is only possible after an objective external expertise is completed by specialists, or medical malpractice in proven by litigation.
